Meet the Fairy Behind the Magic!

Eve is a North Carolina Licensed Real Estate Broker & Broker-In-Charge. She’s the founder of The Cabin Fairy Property Management Company in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. But that's not all! Eve’s completed the Airbnb Mastermind course & the Short-Term Rental Management Program. She’s also received certifications as a Home Stager & Redesigner, Vacation Rental Design Expert, E-Designer & Color Expert. When it comes to anything that touches real estate, The Cabin Fairy works a little magic and a lot of know-how – turning every property dream into reality.

The Journey So Far

• Court Reporting Rockstar: She spent 18 years as a court reporter in Tampa, Florida, specializing in civil litigation. She developed two mobile apps and had a successful exit.
• Army Veteran: She served five years in the U.S. Army, met her husband (now a retired Army veteran), and was deployed to four different continents.
• Fitness Frenzy: In her 40s, she was a marathon-running, triathlon-doing, Ironman-participating machine.
• Mom of Two Awesome Kiddos: Her son & daughter are both U.S. Army officers, and she’s one proud mom.

The Magic Happens

In 2017, her family purchased a vacation home in Maggie Valley, North Carolina, and life changed dramatically. She fell in love with the mountains, wildlife, and hospitality of the Valley, and decided to pivot and build her dream property management company.
