How much does property management cost?

Our management fee is 20% of the nightly rate only for STR and 15% monthly for LTR, no hidden costs or extra service fees. That means you only pay when your property earns. We believe in transparent pricing that helps you maximize your ROI while keeping your cabin in perfect condition.
